Congratulations to the 30 members of the band program who earned spots in All-District Band.
Virginia contains 16 districts designated by the Virginia Band and Orchestra Directors Association. Each district holds an audition to identify the best performers within the schools of their district.
Students audition by performing two major scales, a prepared piece, and a sightreading piece. A judging panel grades each audition and compiles the ensemble from the best performers.
