Marching Band Volunteer Opportunities
Football Games
- Help feed the band by serving pizza prior to football games
- Chaperoning during the game
- Passing out water for students after pre-game, halftime
- Supervising during 3rd quarter break at the concession stand
- Moving Equipment to and from the field for our halftime performances
Competition Days
- Assist with travel to and from competition sites
- Loading and Unloading Equipment prior to leaving and also after returning
- Assisting with any issues that arise with uniforms, equipment, etc.
- Cheering on our students throughout their performance!
Concert Band Volunteer Opportunities
- Assist students with uniform parts, tying ties, and making sure students have appropriate socks and shoes
- Help supervising the warmup areas to help with any issues that may arise
- Chaperoning on the bus to and from VBODA Concert Assessment
- Supporting the great work our students are doing through their performances!
